All services, sessions, products, communications, and offerings are provided exclusively within the private domain of The Embodiment Doula PMA.
Engaging with this website, submitting a form, booking a session, or making a donational investment signifies your choice to become a private member.

As a member, you understand that:

  • all offerings occur in a private spiritual setting, not a public or commercial one

  • the work provided is spiritual, somatic, intuitive, and educational

  • this work is not regulated by public agencies, including medical or psychological boards

  • all financial exchanges are considered donational support for the ministry

  • participation is voluntary and based on personal responsibility

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the website and do not engage with services.

2. No Medical or Mental Health Services

The Embodiment Doula does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.
No content or service offered on this website is intended to replace:

  • medical advice

  • psychological counseling

  • psychiatric treatment

  • crisis intervention

Members are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed care when needed.
If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

3. Use of This Website

By using this site, you agree not to:

  • distribute or reproduce written or recorded material

  • misrepresent your identity or intentions

4. Payments & Donational Exchange

All financial contributions made through this website are considered donational investments in support of the PMA’s spiritual and educational mission.

Because donations support the continued operation of the ministry:

  • refunds are generally not offered

  • exceptions may be made only at the discretion of the ministry

  • payments for missed or canceled sessions follow the cancellation terms outlined during booking

Digital products (PDFs, downloads, recordings) are non-refundable.

5. Scheduling & Communication

All session scheduling must be completed through the approved booking system.
Email and the contact form are for simple inquiries only.

The Embodiment Doula does not provide emotional processing, guidance, or crisis support through email or messaging. All supportive work occurs inside scheduled sessions or private Substack communications.

6. Confidentiality

All session content remains confidential within the private domain except when:

  • required by law

  • necessary to prevent harm or ensure safety

  • voluntarily shared by the member

Your personal information is never sold, traded, or shared with third parties.

7. Privacy Policy
