The Embodiment Doula on Substack
Writing, reflection, and embodied practice for women integrating healing, intimacy, and creative life.
What is the Substack Space?
A creative and communal extension of my work.
This publication grew from years of listening to the body as a teacher — and from the desire to have a place where lived experience can be shared slowly, honestly, and without performance.
What I share here is not instruction or technique. It is embodied writing and audio shaped by what I’m actively living, integrating, and noticing — emotionally, spiritually, and relationally.
This is a space where reflection is allowed to be unfinished, where language emerges over time, and where presence matters more than polish.
An Important Distinction
This is not my practitioner or one-on-one care space.
The Embodiment Doula on Substack is distinct from my one-on-one work.
This is not where I offer individualized care, therapeutic support, or private sessions. Instead, it is a shared space for inquiry, presence, and participation — through writing, voice, and embodied practice.
If you’re seeking personal support or one-on-one sessions, those offerings live on my website.

How the Substack space is held
I share from lived experience, not performance.
I teach through embodiment, not perfection.
I hold space through presence, not performance.
Each month is shaped by what I’m genuinely living, integrating, or unraveling. The writing, transmissions, and gatherings arise from that place — not from a curriculum or fixed agenda.
This is a space for women who want to grow through resonance, not force.
Through intimacy, not instruction.
Through embodiment, not theory.
If you’d like to receive my writing, audio reflections, and invitations to shared embodied spaces, you’re welcome to join the Substack.
The Substack space is meant to complement, not replace, the deeper one-on-one work offered here on my website.
