Healing Artist Sovereignty
The Embodiment Doula operates as a Faith-Based Private Membership Association. All services, sessions, teachings, classes, writings, offerings, and gatherings are available exclusively to private members of this Association.
Participation in any service or offering signifies your choice to enter into this private membership agreement.
As a member, you understand that all financial exchanges are received as a donational investment, given in support of this spiritual and healing work. These donations sustain the continued study, service, and stewardship of this ministry.
This Association exists in the private domain, under the inherent and unalienable rights of free association, free spiritual practice, and the separation of church and state. Because we function as a private, faith-based organization, we operate outside the jurisdiction of public regulatory bodies, including agencies that govern medical, therapeutic, or commercial practices. This allows for a space where spiritual guidance, somatic healing, intuitive work, and embodied artistry may be practiced and shared without interference, censorship, or constraint.
The Embodiment Doula PMA is rooted in a commitment to creative sovereignty, spiritual autonomy, and healing artistry. My work is expressed through lived devotion, embodied wisdom, and the belief that every person holds an inner intelligence worthy of respect and protection. This Association provides a sanctuary for that work — a place where embodiment, spiritual healing, and inner remembrance can unfold with dignity and integrity.
We function as a healing artistry collective, honoring the right of each member to engage in spiritual, somatic, and ceremonial practices by choice, in the private domain, and in alignment with natural law.
We are actively cultivating the long-term structure of this ministry, including the development of an operational trust and, in time, the acquisition of land to establish the Sanctuary of Healing Artistry — a devoted space for embodiment, remembrance, and communal restoration. This vision is part of my life’s path, and I am committed to preserving and grounding it as a living, breathing manifestation.
By becoming a member of this Association, you choose to enter into a private spiritual relationship where all activities are carried out in good faith, with mutual respect, confidentiality, and shared responsibility.
