Embodied Release

An embodiment practice for releasing energetic attachments and restoring boundaries

Book cover titled "Embodied Release" with a silhouette of a person sitting cross-legged among plants, butterflies, stars, and a moon, promoting releasing energetic attachments and restoring boundaries.

Embodied Release Guide is a free, body-led practice designed to support the release of energetic attachments, relational residue, and patterns that no longer serve your wellbeing.

This guide offers a grounded somatic approach to clearing what has accumulated in the body through relationship, stress, emotional intensity, and prolonged periods of over-giving or self-abandonment. Rather than focusing on mental analysis or positive thinking, the practice centers awareness in the body — where attachment, tension, and boundary erosion are often held.

Through simple guided attention and embodied cues, this practice supports nervous system regulation, energetic sovereignty, and the restoration of clear internal boundaries.
